Can architecture be an engine of aggregation that moves a real re-appropriation of urban spaces by the community? The recovery of the former military arsenal of the city of Turin is an emblematic case of regeneration of the urban tissue, where the welfare and charitable issues led the entire process of recovery, defined the design action and also influenced the formal outcomes of the intervention.
