SRI LANKA TOURISM
The booth for the Sri Lanka Tourism Authority, proposes to highlight the country’s main attractions by arousing visitors’ curiosity and promoting hands-on experiences rather than simply offering an informational and popularizing role. The island’s natural and cultural heritage finds an interesting characterization in the center of the booth, where a micro-environment is recreated with local vegetation and a full-size replica of three elephants that appear to emerge from a forest ravine. All around the booth is kept open to encourage interaction with the public, while the part where there is a mezzanine for customized meetings also includes a small shop for the distribution of local products and a desk where it is possible to learn more about the tourism offer.
