ITALMILL STAND

Italmill’s stand proposal for the Sigep fair, dedicated to the sphere of Gelato, Pastry, Bakery and Coffee, intends to convey the most authentic sense of Italmill’s production, which is mainly linked to the cultivation of wheat and its subsequent processing. It is precisely wheat as the origin and brand identity, already stated in the company’s logo, that takes shape in the elements that perimeter the kitchen to give the visual impression of a cultivated field: a light wall of laths with different thicknesses evokes the image of stems soaring toward the sky. This light installation allows visitors to see through the kitchen space, inside which demonstration and attractive activities are carried out to bring the public closer to the preparation of the products. The tasting area is a free area on which high tables, round tables for meetings and a lounge area are arranged, the intent of which is to facilitate interaction and socialization throughout the fair.
