The new building is intended to take on the appearance of a small ‘villa,’ a residential unit independent of neighboring buildings and surrounded by lush greenery, with its own surroundings characterized by deck paving and a wooden fence. Openings are also designed to prioritize the enjoyment of private greenery and avoid possible interference with the windows of the surrounding buildings.
