DWELLING ON MYDDLETON ROAD
A new dwelling settles within an already partially built deep lot, establishing a relationship with the surrounding greenery and the inner garden, making up for the lack of direct relationship with the street and urban space. The new building is intended to take on the appearance of a small ‘villa,’ a residential unit independent of neighboring buildings and surrounded by lush greenery, with its own surroundings characterized by deck paving and a wooden fence. Openings are also designed to prioritize the enjoyment of private greenery and avoid possible interference with the windows of the surrounding buildings.
